Originally from Croydon, I am a semi professional photographer now based in the beautiful county of Dorset, United Kingdom where I have lived since 1989.

Dorset is home to the stunning Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site - if you have never visited, you are missing out!

 

I am married to Caroline with three grown up boys, all of whom also enjoy photography.

 

I have been a photographer since I was a teenager starting with film in both Colour and Black & White, and a good, old, Praktica camera with 3 lenses. In 2009, I switched to Digital Photography starting with a basic Konica Minolta camera, progressing to Canon APS-C's and finally Canon Full Frame. I still own a film camera (Canon one now) but it has not been out for some time.

 

As well as photography I love travelling, and as Landscape Photography is my real passion, the last few years especially have allowed me to combine both. We have visited France, Belgium, Germany, The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Spain and Scotland; as well as exploring Dartmoor in Devon, and finally one of our favourite places of all time - Marazion and South West Cornwall (been here several times).

 

I still enjoy Black & White photography although this forms only a small part of my portfolio.

 

I have expanded out into the world of Event Photography, currently at OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) events, music festivals and High School Proms. If you have an event you are interested in being photographed or for more, please contact us using the Contact page.

 

I am also developing my knowledge and skills in Portrait Photography, this is something completely new for me, but so far, I am pleased with the results I have gained.

In September 2019, I graduated with a Diploma in Photography with the Photography Institute. Studying has opened my eyes to a greater world of photography, from portraiture to macro, wildlife to architecture and travel to sport, all of which are helping me hone my skills and develop as a photographer.

 

As well as this website, we now have 3 online shops and a growing estate of small independent shops who stock our cards and prints. 2020 has been a challenge with the global coronavirus pandemic, but as soon as possible we will be venturing back out into the world of craft events and fairs towards the end of 2020 and already booking into 2021. We are also looking to hold our first exhibition in 2021  (see more about these in our News & Events and Blog on our website).
